What sizes do you have?
We have three footprint sizes: 40 ft by 12 ft, 48 ft by 12 ft, and 36 ft by 12 ft. Every unit has a 16 ft tall door, so full-size RVs, boats, and trailers all fit. Units are available in fully enclosed or roof-covered configurations, plus two lockable storage containers.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is locked through 2026. Enclosed bays run $170 to $195 per month depending on size, covered bays run $100 to $110 per month, and storage containers are $100 per month. Get a quote online and we'll confirm the exact price for the size you want.
Do I need a deposit?
Pay first month and you're in. The first month covers move-in, so move-in cost equals one month's rent. No deposit, no setup fee, and the padlock is included free.
How does billing work?
Month-to-month, paid upfront. Your first payment covers the prorated days remaining in your move-in month plus the full first next month, all upfront. Your sign-up form shows the exact math before you sign. After that, every month's rent posts automatically on the 1st and you pay online through your account, or drop a money order or check at the office.
How is my first payment calculated?
Your daily rate equals your monthly rent divided by the number of days in your move-in month. You pay that daily rate times the days remaining in the move-in month (from your move-in date through the last day), plus the full rent for the following month, all in one upfront payment. The sign-up form shows the exact line items before you sign so there are no surprises. The next monthly charge then lands on the 1st of the month after that.
How do I make a payment?
Online with ACH or credit card through the account we set up for you -- you'll get an email with a link to pay your first payment right after we confirm your spot. Or drop a money order or check at the office during business hours. Set up autopay in your account so you never have to think about it.
What's the move-out policy?
We do not prorate on move-out. Rent is paid for the full month regardless of the day you leave. Please notify us at least 10 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
What can I store here?
RVs, boats, trailers, motorcycles, jet skis and personal watercraft, ATVs and side-by-sides, equipment trailers, commercial work trucks, pickups, cars, sedans, and non-hazardous personal property. If it has wheels or a hull, it has a bay here. No flammables, no hazardous materials, no live plants or animals, no perishables.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Tenants are responsible for their own insurance on stored property. Your auto, boat, or RV policy typically covers it.
What are the access hours?
24/7 once you've moved in. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central, for move-in walkthroughs, questions, and paperwork.
What happens after I sign up?
Four things, in this order. We confirm your spot, usually the same day -- no approval process or credit check, just a real person giving your request a quick once-over. Then you get an email with your signed Rental Agreement, and a second email with a link to pay your first payment online. You pay. The moment your payment lands, Terri at RV Storage and More texts you the front gate code so you can come and go. Drive in any time, any day.
How do I get into the facility?
The front gate has a combination padlock. After your first payment clears, Terri texts or calls you with the gate code. The code is yours to use anytime, day or night. Keep it private. Your bay itself comes with a separate free padlock included with your first month -- you set the combination on that one.
Is the facility under camera surveillance?
Yes. We have security cameras on the property as an extra layer of protection for the rigs stored here. Tenants are still responsible for their own insurance on stored property (see the insurance question above).
Can my large RV actually fit?
Yes. All units have 16 ft tall doors, and the drive aisles have a 90 ft turn radius between buildings so Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and boats on trailers can pull in without a problem. 48 ft units accommodate the vast majority of rigs on the road.
Is electricity available?
We have shared 110V outlets at various locations on the property -- roughly one outlet for every four bays. They're for temporary plug-in use only: briefly charging your house batteries, running a vacuum, or plugging in hand tools. The outlets are NOT located at every individual bay and they are NOT 30A or 50A RV shore power. If you need full RV-grade shore power, plan to run your generator instead.
How easy is it to get in and out from the highway?
The gated entrance is 100 ft off Highway 79, so pulling a long rig in and out is quick and safe. Easy for tow vehicles that need a straight approach.
Where are you located?
We're at 5677 Highway 79 S, Wichita Falls, TX 76310. Just south of Wichita Falls on Highway 79.
